This tenant improvement project transformed a building previously occupied by a national grocer into the first New Seasons Market in the Puget Sound region. Focused on sustainability, the store has solar panels on the roof, electric car charging stations and an on-site composting system.
The new store features an outdoor patio seating area, indoor dining, local and organic foods, as well as home goods made by local artisans. Unique to this location is a rotisserie counter for quick meals.
