This tenant improvement project was completed concurrently with a 93,000 sf facade update of the Greenway Town Center. On the exterior, the center was revitalized with a warm wood exterior to capture the essence of the Northwest. The store features an abundance of reclaimed wood, local art and a three-season outdoor patio complete with fire pit.
