On this project, store refresh and revitalization occurred while the store remained fully operational and accessible to customers. Work included the construction of new public restrooms, office area mezzanine, meat and seafood department, produce department, kitchen/scullery, store gondola shelving and a polished concrete sales floor. New refrigeration system, RTU and HVAC distribution, lighting and finishes were also included. Exterior work involved the inclusion of timber-framed translucent canopies at the entries as well as a covered outdoor dining area.
