A fast-track, phased renovation of an existing store. The scope of work included structural upgrades and expansion to the existing footprint which features a wine-tasting bar and nostalgic artwork. Crews worked around the clock to complete the project within 5 1/2 months. It was the first Fred Meyer to shut down during renovation.
