New permanent housing for residents with critical behavioral health needs.
This project was the new construction of a multi-family facility consisting of 22 units. The scope of work included abatement and deconstruction of an existing single-family residence along with extensive site work to convert the property to multi-family use.
The apartments were designed and constructed in a collaborative effort between the owner, architect and staff.
