Renovation and addition to an existing residential structure to create a new adult rehabilitation center. The center includes eight dorm rooms, shared living and kitchen space, office and counseling area, and multi-purpose building with shop space for woodworking. The exterior work included parking and landscaping and a large courtyard designed to highlight colored, textured and stamped concrete in an intricate pattern.
