SeaTac, WA

Structural remediation and addition provides a sound and embellished facility for the local non profit organization.

A two-phased project consisting of structural remediation and a new addition. Phase one included structural remediation including removing exterior siding, walls and interior finishes in 19 locations with work completed in two weeks. The second phase added a third floor addition to an operating building. Abbott worked closely with the adjacent tenant and adjusted construction schedule and activity based on their needs while still completing the project one month early.
