A new two-story mixed-use, wood-frame building includes a 15-bed transitional home, 12-bed emergency shelter, and a drop-in youth center with kitchen, laundry and showers. Site developments consisted of demolition of an existing 1,200 sf structure, new parking stalls, re-pavement of alley and new fire access lane, site infiltration landscape and sidewalks. The facility is the first of its kind in South King County.
