Everett, WA

A secure sanctuary for domestic violence survivors in a compassionate, supportive home-like setting.

This tenant improvement of a confidential emergency shelter and administration building was constructed from a former Army reserve base granted by the city of Everett. It now houses 52 emergency beds, a community kitchen, lounge, youth center, basketball court, outdoor garden and playground. A separate administration building has offices, counseling rooms, a conference room and rooms for victim advocacy groups.
