This project was the construction of a 4-story, 105,000 sf medical office building on an occupied OSHPD campus. A highlight was its sky bridge connection to the existing acute care hospital building, as well as its location on a sloped hillside.
Abbott Construction also completed multiple Tenant Improvements within the same facility, including an Ambulatory Surgery Center, Spine Institute and Orthopedic Center, Parexel Pharmaceutical Offices, and Heart and Vascular Institute. The core and shell, as well as several of the renovations, were completed under a design-build contract.
