This project was an occupied renovation for the new Heart and Vascular Institute on the Adventist Health Glendale campus. This state of the art facility includes a comfortable lobby, patient exam rooms, nuclear medicine camera and echocardiogram spaces, offices, and conference areas.
A unique highlight of this project was its construction above an occupied and operational surgery center, requiring the utmost in careful construction practices and sensitivity. This project was completed under a design-build contract.
