This stunning renovation included over 250 guest rooms and suites, lobby and common areas, Breva restaurant, industrial kitchen, multiple bars and lounges, ballroom, and elevators. Outside, the project featured careful renovations to the historic facade, the addition of the celebrated new floral mural by Bella Gomez, and the brand new two-story Rick’s bar, connecting to the famous hotel pool.
Construction was partially performed within an occupied facility, requiring additional sensitivity for guests and ongoing film shoots. As the Owner’s Representative for this project, Abbott was integrally involved in all aspects of design and construction.
