Abbott Construction transformed the original building into an exclusive club through major renovations to the structure and interiors. Highlights include the addition of a new rooftop level, a new pool over the parking deck, and a new sky bridge connecting the building’s two wings.
The club includes performance space, music and recording studios, film screening room, six full bars, two interior restaurants, tea room, co-working spaces, 35 hotel suites, gym, spa, and an exclusive rooftop restaurant and open air cinema, featuring unparalleled views of the Hollywood sign and city. True story, Abbott craned a shipwrecked antique boat to the very top, where it rests beside Jarman’s restaurant.
