The transformation of a public city roadway into the welcoming centerpiece of Glendale Memorial Hospital’s front entry.
This project included a complete renovation of the street, creating a more open area beautified with landscaping, outdoor break area, and dual security entry for employee and visitor safety to the OSHPD campus.
The project featured a comprehensive sitework package including earthwork, concrete, paving, site lighting and landscaping. It was completed under a design-build contract on the campus of a fully occupied OSHPD hospital.
