This LEED Silver tenant improvement project was constructed concurrently with the shell and core structure, also built by Abbott. The coordinated construction effort allowed the thickened vault slab on grade, underground electrical and plumbing, and ATM/night deposit openings to be pre-planned and included with the initial construction effort. This eliminated the need to amend brand new construction. It resulted in saved costs for both the owner and tenant and the branch opened two months ahead of original schedule.
