It included design-build MEP systems along with an upgraded HVAC system conversion that has new VAV and perimeter electric heat fan terminal units to increase user comfort and control between zones. Also, it involved all new restroom fixtures and finishes – new flooring, paint, doors, hardware, glazing systems, casework, ACT and lighting; and new AV – security and data infrastructures.
