Located in Seattle’s Pioneer Square neighborhood, this project involved demolition and tenant improvement of the sixth floor of a 1904 office building. The project created an open space concept with office space, conference and media rooms. As the space was occupied above and below, extensive coordination was required for material delivery and work hours.
