JOEY Kitchen

Seattle, WA

Building the flagship location of the celebrated JOEY restaurant brand.

Located at the University Village, this was the interior build-out of the brand’s flagship restaurant in the US. The project featured detailed masonry, wood and decorative structural steel elements.

Technology and versatility are found throughout. Above the bar, television monitors can be raised out of sight on computer-controlled overhead lifts. A 2.4-ton, single-hung sash window can be manually raised and lowered by an exposed crank mechanism, a prominent feature of the dining area. Outside features custom wood and metal elements and an all-weather semi-enclosed dining patio with an operable glazing panel system.
