New restaurant finishes and upgrades heighten the customer experience.
This tenant improvement included all new finishes throughout, new bar and scullery configurations, upgrade to existing mezzanine for new keg cooler, minor alterations to kitchen cook/service lineups, new bakery/coffee service area adjacent to the kitchen, and replacement of existing storefront with four hydraulic operable windows.
Work also included new casework, dining booths and furniture, and approximately 2,200 sf of concrete floor replacement.
