Din Tai Fung

Seattle, WA

A trendy spot to dig into some famous Shanghai-style soup dumplings & noodles.

Located at the University Village, this tenant improvement project featured an open-floor concept seating 230 patrons. Existing parking garage space was transformed into a large commercial kitchen, complete with a wide window inviting customers to watch chefs make Din Tai Fung’s famous dumplings.

Prominent features included stained decorative designs on the polished concrete floors, wirebrushed fir panels along the walls, and custom lighting fixtures.
