This project was designed with a Lean concept and was delivered using an Integrated Project Delivery approach – a collaborative team approach involving the entire design/construction team working within a pre-determined construction budget.
This project includes 62 exam rooms, urgent & primary care, pediatrics, a walk-in clinic, specialty care, imaging services and a lab.
The tilt-up concrete shell solution provided savings, while the design team incorporated wood and vertical reveals to add warmth and dimension.
