Repurposing an existing grocery store into a patient-centered care environment.
In converting an existing grocery store into a full-service outpatient medical clinic, we added 69 exam rooms, a physical therapy suite, optical unit, x-ray suite and behavior health rooms.
This location offers urgent care, primary care, as well as specialty services, lab work, and imaging for the surrounding community.
