Public Finance Building Renovation

San Bernardino, CA

Creating a high security bank and public finance space within an occupied multi-story office building.

This project was a multi-floor occupied renovation for the County of San Bernardino. As the new central office for the Auditor, Controller, Treasurer and Tax Collector, it featured a new bank lobby with teller booths, financial administrative space, new bank vault design, elevator remodels, high security teller reception areas, numerous conference rooms, and executive offices. The building remained occupied throughout construction, requiring additional sensitivity towards existing tenants and their ongoing work. This project was completed under a design-build contract.
