This tenant improvement project included demolition, new under slab power, new restroom and a Black Card spa with tanning, hydro-massage and beauty rooms. It consisted of a large amount of owner furnished and owner installed items that were coordinated into the construction schedule. Abbott also completed Planet Fitness centers in Everett, North Seattle, Bremerton and Federal Way.
