This project involved demolition and renovation of occupied public spaces including the lobby, reception, Champions Bar, 86-seat Truss restaurant and escalators, during the busy holiday season. Through careful planning, detailed phasing, extensive temporary construction protection and a relentless focus on understanding our client’s needs, Abbott completed the project without a single unplanned disruption to Marriott operations.
