This new medical and dental clinic features 15 medical exam rooms, 10 dental bays, a full-service pharmacy and laboratory. Spaces for patient education and group visits, behavioral health and support services were integrated into the design. Thanks to a fast-track schedule, the project took only 22 months from purchase of the land to construction completion. The clinic provides services for up to 14,000 new patients annually in South King County.
