All Season Brewing Co.

Los Angeles, CA

A vacant 1930s Firestone tire shop becomes one of the most popular new dining spots in LA.

Located at the corner of La Brea and 8th, this Streamline Moderne historical landmark was carefully renovated into a state-of-the-art brewery and restaurant, while maintaining its signature Firestone elements. Historic exterior windows were given new life indoors, allowing visitors a glimpse of the 17 brewery tanks serving up five types of craft beer. Above, tongue-and-groove original ceiling rafters were repaired and matched to maintain authenticity.

New features include the luxurious 46-foot bar, running the length of the dining hall. It’s topped with curly maple from the East Coast, finished entirely onsite by an expert craftsman. Nearby, visitors can spot touches of preserved Firestone history – like the names of the original mechanics, scribbled in their own hand above long-gone coat hooks. Outside the patio features a new reproduction storefront, outdoor dining area, and a grain silo connected to the brewery.
