A multi-level exterior plaza at a high-rise office building located in the heart of Downtown Seattle. This project included demolition of existing mortar set paver system, removal and reinstallation of granite panels at the fountain, permanent pavers and other feature areas. The work involved removal of existing waterproofing system to bare concrete for new Laurenco waterproofing system with PMMA terminations in the fountain, planters, and below the pavers. Installation of new mortar set pavers, new landscaping and irrigation at planters. Construction was performed over occupied tenant and retail spaces in phases allowing for public use and access of the surrounding plaza at all times.
