Currently under construction, the General Services Administration Des Moines Creek Office Lease Facility is a new 300,000 sf steel-framed facility, designed to house a large government agency. The interior scope includes a large server room, two IDF rooms per floor, a controlled-access critical environment area, cafeteria, and a mix of open office system furniture areas, enclosed offices, and conference rooms.
