Quinault Wellness Center

Aberdeen, WA

An adaptive reuse clinic bringing medication-assisted treatment and wrap-around health services to Grays Harbor County.

Recognizing the opioid crisis gripping Grays Harbor County, Quinault Indian Nation committed to building a community resource serving both tribal members and the public. This adaptive reuse project transformed a 40-year old former retail space into a 20,000 sf outpatient clinic offering a medication-assisted treatment (MAT) program and wrap-around services including primary care, dental, counseling, child care, and behavioral health.

The project was phased into shell and core with site work followed by tenant improvement, allowing the facility to begin serving the community sooner.
