This progressive design-build project enhances three elementary schools and one early learning center through building additions, improved parking and drop-off areas, and inclusive playgrounds. The additions replace aging portable classrooms with modern, permanent learning spaces, supporting long-term educational needs for the local community. Delivered concurrently across four occupied campuses, the project required careful planning and coordination to manage varying site conditions while maintaining safety and minimizing disruption to daily school activities.
Coordinating work across multiple sites required an efficient and collaborative approach from the start. During the project’s accelerated 3.5-month Validation phase, our team leveraged the Choosing by Advantages method to evaluate options against project priorities, streamlining decision-making while maintaining alignment across all four schools.
