A 1960’s era office building was fully gutted and converted into an eight-classroom daycare facility. It includes a 578 sf addition, new roof, structural upgrades, new MEP, new/upsized utility services, landscaping and playground. This project required a fast-track schedule to ensure the daycare could move in before their existing space was demolished.
