Earlier this month Sammamish Village was named Retail Development of the Year by the Washington State chapter of NAIOP at their annual Night of the Stars event!

Sammamish Village is a 115,000 sf mixed-use complex including a Metropolitan Market grocery store, medical office building and space for up to 18 commercial and retail tenants. Despite an 85-foot change in elevation, the development provides vertical pedestrian connections and storefront parking on four levels.

A second Abbott project, Living Computers: Museum + Labs was a finalist for Technology/Life Sciences Development of the Year.
