With over 20 years of experience building meaningful relationships in the Pacific Northwest, Kyle applies an approach of partnership to his work as Director of Business Development. In addition to a proven track record of growing business in the Puget Sound region, his expertise in construction contracting covers a broad variety of sectors including life science, technology, medical office, professional spaces, industrial, and retail – with a specialty in tenant improvement. He is active with key industry organizations such as NAIOP, CoreNet, ULI, and BOMA, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Washington State University.
