Teresa has extensive LEED management experience, including being the LEED specialist at a design firm where she managed the LEED certification for multiple projects, acting as the liaison between the Owner, Design Team, and Contractor.
As Project Manager at Abbott Construction, Teresa is a LEED accredited professional providing LEED support for projects at Abbott, in addition to her project management duties.
With a Master’s in Architecture, Teresa’s background is in design development. In her previous work for a design firm, she oversaw LEED certification for multiple projects, and acted as the liaison between the Owner, Design Team, and Contractor. She applies this unique experience in design and sustainability to her management role in Abbott Construction’s projects.
Teresa has had the opportunity to work with clients such as the City of Los Angeles, University of California, Los Angeles and LA County, working in the civic and higher education sectors.
