In his role for Abbott Construction as Superintendent, Russell is responsible for managing field operations by coordinating site logistics, project schedule, subcontractors, materials, and jobsite safety to ensure the successful delivery of each project. Russell is a team player, collaborating with architects, engineers, and owners to ensure each project is completed on schedule and within budget.
With over 15 years in the construction industry and over ten years with Abbott, Russell has contributed to numerous projects in a wide variety of sectors, including retail, healthcare, office, public works, and nonprofit. He has experience in occupied remodel, tenant improvement, renovation, and new construction projects, giving him the opportunity to serve clients such as Healthpoint, Jewish Family Services, the City of Redmond, Starbucks, Cisco Systems, Bartell Drugs, Swedish Medical Center, and the University of Washington Medicine | Northwest Hospital.
Outside of work, Russell enjoys hiking, climbing, back-country skiing, and kayaking around Vancouver Island with his wife and daughter.
