With a successful career of over 35 years in construction industry experience and more than 25 of those years in scheduling and logistical management totaling over $5 billion, Ron brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Project Planner. Ron is responsible for developing project schedules and logistical plans in order to construct the most efficient and beneficial strategy. This is accomplished through his unique ability to enroll all subcontractors and craftspeople into a production program to ensure a project’s duration will be as short as possible, allowing the client to bring their revenue generating asset online at the earliest possible date.
Having worked and lived in both Los Angeles and Seattle, Ron has experience with a wide variety of industries on the Pacific Coast including healthcare, commercial, public works, higher education, and non-profit. His vast portfolio of projects includes new multi-story towers and multi-building campuses, high-rises, laboratories, seismic retrofits, and extensive tenant improvements throughout California and Washington. Ron also has a strong background working with owners and design teams in the evaluation of differing building types, such as structural steel vs cast-in-place concrete, as well as how to site buildings in challenging topographies utilizing 3D AutoCad applications and other pre-construction considerations.
Ron has had the privilege of working with prestigious clients such as the University of Washington, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Prime Healthcare, Adventist Health, the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Work, The County of San Bernardino, and the University of California.
Outside of work, Ron and his wife enjoy an active lifestyle in Simi Valley of Ventura County.
