As a longtime Seattle resident with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington, Arnie has built a network of strong working relationships within the Puget Sound area.
Building upon a successful career of over 30 years of construction industry experience, Arnie brings a wealth of expertise in his role as Special Projects Director. Arnie is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Special Projects division of the company, providing insight and leadership to promote the success of each project. He is an expert in all aspects of pre-bid design support, estimating, value engineering, hard bid, and negotiated contracts. Arnie also offers his extensive knowledge for consultation on specific remediation and renovation projects.
As a longtime Seattle resident with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington, Arnie has built a network of strong working relationships within the Puget Sound area. He has been involved with a wide variety of projects, including entertainment construction such as new movie theaters and a state-of-the-art upgrade to the Cinerama in Seattle, multi-million dollar upgrades to CenturyLink Field, new regional command facilities for the U.S. Navy, office and retail buildings, and building envelope work on multiple building types.
In his free time, Arnie enjoys tennis, boating, and spending time with his family.
