At Abbott Construction, Josh is responsible for total Project Management including assistance in development and design within the owner's budget. Other duties include estimating, collaboration with governmental agencies, managing "fast-track" construction, and ensuring on-time occupancy within budget.
With over 15 years’ experience, his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, and his master’s in Organizational Leadership, Josh has contributed to numerous projects in varying fields of industry including higher education, public works, museums, and entertainment. His strong work history focuses on higher education and public works projects. Highlights include the new Millikan Laboratory Complex and Planetarium as well as Andrews Science Hall at Pomona College, the LEED Gold $42 million Shanahan Center at Harvey Mudd College, and the prestigious Annenberg Center at Sunnylands. Josh’s background also includes LEED Green Associate status, hallmarked by his work with sustainable projects.
Other clients among Josh’s broad portfolio are the County of San Bernardino, the Colburn School of Performing Arts, Citrus Valley Health Partners of San Gabriel Valley, and NBC Universal.
