As Regional Support Manager at Abbott Construction, Amy provides executive assistance to the office of the Regional Director, including the coordination and execution of contractual agreements to ensure all parties partner and are united to build together.
With a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University, and a career of over twenty years’ experience in construction, Amy has worked for prominent nationwide construction companies across the United States. Amy has held a variety of management positions since joining Abbott, ranging from Project Engineer, Cost Engineer, Project Manager, Program Manager for the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, to her current role.
She has been involved with many different types of work, including such projects as the New Allegheny Jail in the heart of Pittsburgh, PA, US Fish & Wildlife Service Training Center in Shepherdstown, WV, Florida Department of Transportation Headquarters, and Universal Studios CityWalk in Orlando, Florida plus multiple Seattle healthcare facilities. Amy’s experience also extended to Southampton, England working with a General Contractor as a Quantity Surveyor (our US equivalent of a Project Engineer).
Outside of work, Amy enjoys ice skating, skiing and biking along with her husband and son.
