LEED Silver-Certified Design

Wells Fargo - Interbay

Seattle, WA

Project Overview

A new 2,910 sf Wells Fargo branch in the Interbay neighborhood of Seattle. The bank is a LEED® Silver-certified design and features five teller windows, two ATMs, and safe deposit boxes. A custom mural highlights unique neighborhood history including Fisherman's Terminal, Smith Cove, and a 1925 map of Seattle. The branch replaces a former coffee shop at the Interbay Urban Center which was originally built by Abbott Construction in 2009.
