Seattle, WA

Project Overview

Occupied tenant improvement of an existing museum housed within a 1930’s era building in the SODO district of Seattle. Scope of work included a renovation of the first floor of the museum, transformation of an existing elevator shaft into a cantilevered architectural staircase and addition of a structural steel mezzanine. Abbott has completed multiple projects at the museum including significant seismic upgrades to the building in 2011, a tenant improvement of the display area, and a fit out of the main lobby.
