Holy Rosary Parish Hall

Holy Rosary Parish Hall

Edmonds, WA

Project Overview

A new building on the Holy Rosary Parish campus in Edmonds. An older structure was demolished to make way for a 22,122 sf, two-story building. The lower floor has offices for parish staff and priest, a youth room, library, and space for a food and clothing bank. The upper floor was designed for wedding receptions and other gatherings. It has a full kitchen, banquet room with views of the Puget Sound and the Olympics, and a bride's suite. Integral color Ceraclad siding from Japan was used on the exterior, eliminating the need to paint the exterior.
