Glendale Adventist Medical Center - West Tower
Three phase design-build project for Glendale Adventist Medical Center as part of their master campus expansion plan and partially funded by FEMA's Seismic Hazard Mitigation Program for Hospitals. Phase I: New ten-story medical tower, with seven stories of patient care including an emergency department, surgical suite, surgical intensive care, 60 acute care beds and a central plant. Phase II: New seven-story tower including imaging, radiology, nuclear medicine, an elevated drive deck, and three stories of shell space. Phase III: Three-story build-out of Phase II shell space, including 40 med/surgical beds and 20 intensive care unit beds.
